No, we do not offer in-house wedding planning services. However, we highly encourage all of our couples to hire a planner and/or day-of coordinator to help your wedding run smoothly. Our favorite to work with is Donna with @simplysoireeidaho

Our maximum rental time is 14 hours, including setup and cleanup. Our packages include either 10 or 12 hours, but additional hours can be added (up to 14).

We are open May-October. Occasionally we will accept late April dates and early November dates, but we are closed during winter months.

We are building a bridal suite and man cave! Both areas will be ready next wedding season (May 2026).

Our outdoor spaces can comfortably host up to 150 guests for ceremonies and receptions. We’re a great fit for both intimate and mid-size weddings.

We have an on-site parking lot that fits approximately 200 cars and is easily accessible from the main road and to the venue sites.

Absolutely! Couples love taking portraits near the pond, under the trees, inside the pavilion, and around our custom landscaping features. The golden hour light is especially magical here. (@ksuttonphoto is our go-to photographer if you need one!)

To officially book your date, we require a signed rental agreement, a cleaning deposit, and a non-refundable retainer (30% of your booking). Once that’s received, your date is fully secured! Fill out the inquiry form to move forward with the booking process.

Yes, we’re happy to set up a payment schedule. Most couples make an initial retainer and then split the remainder into two to three additional payments.

No, we do not allow alcohol.

Yes, we require all clients to provide a certificate of liability insurance (COI) with South Fork Grove listed as additional insured. This is a standard requirement and protects everyone involved.

Yes, all amplified music must end by 10:00 PM to comply with local sound ordinances.

Our pavilion provides covered space for receptions or ceremonies in case of stormy weather. We also allow tent rentals to be placed on the property if you want to have another backup plan! (Or you can embrace the beauty of mother nature)

We include a venue host contact with all packages to oversee the property, answer questions about the space, and assist with logistics if needed. 

For more hands-on help with timeline and set up coordination though, we recommend hiring a day-of or full planner or assigning a family member to those tasks.

Yes! We welcome these types of vendors, but large rentals like this must be pre-approved and park/set up in the designated areas!
